Should you wish to return un-used merchandise, for any reason, you may do so within 30 calendar days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. After 30 days items will only be accepted for store credit. We will not accept any items for store credit after 45 days of receiving your item/s. All refunds will be made in the same form used for the original purchase. Please note, if you are returning an order that received a free mini baby blanket, you must return the mini baby blanket, or the $15 retail value of the mini baby blanket will be deducted from your refund. At Little Dudes and Divas we stand by our merchandise! All claims regarding damages or orders filled incorrectly (missing parts, wrong color/size) must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, we will not be responsible for claims made after this period. Products may be returned within 30 calendar days due to manufacturer defects, with all tags attached. Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time please feel free to contact us. Monogrammed items and party hats are final sale. All sale items can be returned, however, items marked down 30% or more are returnable within 30 calendar days for store credit only. Gift Baskets can only be returned for exchange or store credit. There will be no exchanges allowed on special promotional items included with some orders. All return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Little Dudes and Divas will not accept merchandise that has been damaged or used. Please return all garments with the tags attached and in original packaging where applicable. When returning merchandise we strongly suggest you send the package with a traceable carrier for your protection, as we will not be responsible for merchandise that is lost in return transit. Packages must be returned prepaid. COD deliveries will not be accepted. Shipping fees involved in sending the original item and in making a return will not be refunded or reimbursed, unless the return is required as the result of our own error. If your order received free shipping but the order amount falls below the free shipping minimum, after the return, the full shipping charge for sending the original item will be deducted from the refund. If you are returning a complete order that received free shipping you will receive a refund of the merchandise total, less our actual shipping costs. If your return is for an exchange or store credit, the original shipping charges will not be deducted. Exchanges may be made within 45 days of your receipt of the original order provided we have the desired item(s) in stock.  However, to ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for, it is best to place a new order for the item online and return the original item for credit back to your account -- we cannot "hold" items in anticipation of a return.  We offer free U.S. ground shipping on even, size-only exchanges. Shipping will be charged upon shipping the newly ordered size exchange, but refunded when we receive your return. We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases. Should you wish to return a gift that you received you may do so within 30 calendar days of receving the order for a full refund to the original purchaser or 45 days for an exchange.
