30 Day Money Back Guarantee!

Should you wish to return unused merchandise for any reason you may do so within 30 calendar days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. Up to 45 days. you may return your items for an exchange or store credit that will never expire. After 30 days, items will only be accepted for store credit or exchange. We will not accept any merchandise after 45 days of receiving your item/s.
All refunds will be made in the same form used for the original purchase. Please note, if you are returning an order that received a free gift, you must return the free gift or the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

International shipping fees associated with exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

At Little Dudes and Divas we stand by our merchandise! All claims regarding damages or orders filled incorrectly (missing parts, wrong color/size) must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, we will not be responsible for claims made after this period. Products may be returned within 30 calendar days due to manufacturer defects, with all tags attached. Upon claiming any damages, images showing the damages clearly will be required.

Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time please feel free to contact us.

Monogrammed items are final sale.

All sale items can be returned, however, items marked down 30% or more are NOT returnable.

There will be no exchanges allowed on special promotional items included with some orders.

returns@littledudesanddivas.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number or we will be unable to accept your package. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of your package or it will not be accepted. Let us know what you are planning to return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Do you want to return a gift you received? No Problem! You're more than welcome to return the gift as specified above and the order total will be applied as store credit for your future purchase.

Shipping fees involved in sending the original item and in making a return will not be refunded or reimbursed, unless the return is required as the result of our own error. If your order received free shipping but the order amount falls below the free shipping minimum, after the return, the full shipping charge for sending the original item will be deducted from the refund. If you are returning a complete order that received free shipping you will receive a refund of the merchandise total, less our actual shipping costs. Little Dudes and Divas does not cover costs associated with international return and exchanges.
If your return is for an exchange or store credit, the original shipping charges will not be deducted.
